My job at CSI Helsinki is very versatile. My duties include deployment projects, planning and executing customer-specific customizations, providing user support for document management systems, and resolving other technical support requests. I assist our customers in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

The best thing about my job is that I constantly can learn new things and challenge myself by solving problems. I appreciate our team's ability to cooperate, and I can always rely on my team's support when needed.
