Setterwalls started using CSI Lawyer in May 2023. The implementation project ran over a longer period and went smoothly overall. In short, CSI has given us more standardized processes to manage our customers, as well as an efficient invoicing process. The system’s simple and customizable user interface has made it possible to adapt the appearance of the software to the needs of different users and to create reports that match our needs.

In our cooperation with CSI Helsinki, we have very much appreciated the quick response and adaptation to our special requests. We feel that CSI has been responsive to our needs and always open to discuss our ideas and wishes. The CSI team has demonstrated great expertise, support and commitment, as well as industry knowledge, which has contributed to the implementation of an efficient and future-oriented matter process.

CSI Lawyer has marked a significant improvement, especially in the invoicing process; among other things, we have been able to cut the total time spent on invoicing in the office. By offering a digital process for verifying preliminary invoices and a simple way to send invoices to our customers in electronic form, CSI has enabled a faster digitization of invoicing work.

CSI Lawyer offers various integrations to third-party systems, which contributes to an easy way of both connecting time reporting tools and extracting data to follow up and control operations in already established BI systems.
